Ordinary minor repairs may be made without filing an application or obtaining a permit, provided such repairs do not exceed $50 or violate any of the provisions of The Grand Bahama Port Authority, Limited Building and Sanitary Code and all connected legislation.
With regards to air conditioning or refrigeration items, a permit shall not be required for repairs that do not change the location, size, or capacity of a compressor, coil, or duct.
