A letter of request should be submitted to GBPA Customer Relations Department along with the following:

  1. Accompanying letter from proposed Landlord or Lease Agreement
  2. Processing fee in the amount of $100.00
  3. Processing fee in the amount of $25.00 for inspection of premises
