A building permit shall be valid for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of issuance of the permit. Building Permit renewal shall be renewed for maximum of three (3) periods of 6 months from the original expiration date. A building permit that has expired for more than a six (6) month period or a permit that has already been renewed for three periods shall not be renewed. A new application and cost of the entire permit fee will be required.
