A key ingredient of this site will be the eServices transaction processing component, which will allow payment of licensing and building permit fees, and processing of city maintenance requests, mapping, and other city services. GBPA is committed to improving its communication with the public. We will work to allay the sometimes one-dimensional perception of GBPA as the ‘enforcer', and will illustrate the direct correlation of the City's regulation policy with its ‘well-planned' and ‘structured' characteristics.
